Xinwen Mining kicks off construction of coal-to-gas project in Yili
Shanghai. July 2. INTERFAX-CHINA - Xinwen Mining Group Co. Ltd., one of the leading coal producers in eastern China's Shandong Province, has started construction of a large coal-to-gas plant in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region's Yili state, a company employee told Interfax on July 2.
The coal-to-gas plant is designed with annual natural gas production capacity of 2 billion cubic meters. Xinwen Mining plans to sell the plant's gas output to Xinjiang and China's eastern provinces via the second and third legs of the West-East Pipeline, a representative from Xinwen Mining's Yili ...
