CLINTON - Henry A. "Gunner" Thompson Jr., 82, of 79 Woodruff Road, died Saturday, June 27, in Marlboro Hospital, following a long illness. His wife of 50 years, Gloria M. (Weinaut) Thompson, died in 2000.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen T. and her husband, George A. Ingles, and granddaughter, Kristi G. Ingles, all of Clinton; a close friend and relative, Elizabeth Mahan; his first cousins, Harold and George Thompson, Eleanor Marshall, James Hannigan, and Midge Bovenzi; many nieces and nephews. A brother, Edward J. Thompson, and a sister, Mary M. Killian, predeceased him.
