Tactical Holdings, a global provider of military and tactical footwear, and its equity partner, Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with over $8 billion of capital under management, announced that they completed an investment in Massif Holdings LLC (d/b/a "Massif"), a leading supplier of flame resistant (FR) technical apparel in the United States.
Massif's specialized product offering includes the Army Combat Shirt, flame resistant soft shell apparel, extreme weather layering systems, as well as an array of flame resistant apparel accessories.
