Phytel, the leader in empowering physicians to drive health improvement through technology, announced that the Affinity Medical Group, part of the Affinity Health System based in Menasha, Wis., has selected Phytel to identify treatment opportunities and augment its patient-centered medical home initiative.
The multispecialty group, which includes over 200 health care professionals, and services northeastern Wisconsin communities through 22 clinics, will initially activate Phytel's service in all sites where it has primary-care teams, including internists, family physicians, and pediatricians.
