The Caloocan City government and police have intensified their campaign against prostitution and illegal vices in the city.The campaign, dubbed “Oplan Magdalena,” has resulted in the the apprehension of 23 suspected “call girls” Saturday. The “call girls” were rounded up at between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. last Saturday in raids at the Monumento Circle, malls and at the vicinity of 3rd Ave., Grace Park, Caloocan City where most of these girls roam and get their “clients.”Senior Supt.
