Human Pheromone Sciences, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: EROX) ("HPS" or "the Company") announced the signing of an exclusive License, Supply and Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement") with Pheromone International CO., LTD., a Taiwan-based Company ("the Licensee"), an affiliate of David Bernard International, CO., LTD., for the use of the Company's initial human pheromone technologies in personal care products to be developed and marketed in the Taiwan market.
