ROMARCO MINERALS INC. (TSXV: R) (the "Company") announces that it will be consolidating its head office operations in Toronto, Ontario, bringing together the functions currently carried out in Vancouver, B.C. and Sparks, Nevada. Certain staff members will be relocating to the Company's offices in Toronto, however Mr. James Meek, CFO, will not be relocating and as such will be leaving the Company. The Company's Controller, Dat Huynh will remain in charge of the accounting and reporting functions of the Company.
