The Mineta Transportation Institute (MTI) and the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) will host a Norman Y. Mineta National Transportation Security Policy Summit at the APTA Rail Conference in Chicago on Thursday, June 18. The summit topic is "Selective Screening of Rail Passengers: An Evaluation of the Pilot Tests." John P. Sammon, Asst. Administrator, Transportation Sector Network Management of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), will keynote.
