SAUDI Arabia's oil and gas services conglomerate Rawabi Holding Company along with United Safety Limited (USL) of Canada have opened a new Technical Operations and Training Centre of their Saudi-based joint venture company Rawabi United Safety Services (RUSS) located in Dammam.

Rawabi Group chairman and chairman of Energy Capital Group, Sheikh Abdulaziz Ali AlTurki hosted the ceremony to mark the opening with Lee Whittaker, CEO of USL. Many executives from Saudi Aramco, Rawabi guests, representatives from other Rawabi entities and JV companies, along with RUSS's clients attended the event.
