Monday, June 29 It's an important week for me, as I'm going to be walking with Richard Dunwoody on his '1,000 Miles in 1,000 Hours' charity challenge. One of the charities to benefit is Spinal Research, which is obviously a cause close to my heart, as I'm very fortunate to be walking at all after being paralysed from the neck down in a race fall at Bangor in 2006.
