Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the issuer and debt ratings of the City of Civitavecchia to A2 from A1. The rating outlook is stable. "The downgrade factors in the prospects for deteriorating budgetary performance and growing debt level," explains Francesco Soldi, Moody's lead analyst for Civitavecchia.
