FORT WORTH, Texas--Feb. 18--Ross Perot Jr.'s Hillwood Development Corp., known for its sprawling subdivisions in north Fort Worth and in Dallas, is now taking a stab at residential development in southwest Fort Worth.
Hillwood's residential division has purchased 132 acres southwest of the intersection of South Hulen Street and Columbus Trail, where it plans to develop about 570 single-family lots with homes priced in the $110,000-to-$200,000 range.
