Sooner or later, Crespi of Encino knew its lineup would come alive.
One run in the first inning? Nothing. Two runs in the third? A pittance.
Seven runs in the fourth? There they go.
The Celts broke the game open with seven hits and seven runs in the fourth inning, withstanding an early charge by Harvard-Westlake of North Hollywood in an 11-5 Mission League victory Tuesday at Valley College.
Crespi's first six baserunners of the inning scored off Lucas Casso, with a two-run double by Ryan Healy and an RBI triple by Josh Mason as the big hits. Casso gave way to Sam Epstein, but the ...
