GLOBAL Institute enjoyed a run fest in a big victory against National Warriors in the Meditech Challenger Trophy Seven-a-Side Indoor Softball Cricket Tournament at Al Ahli Club in Mahooz.

Global won by a massive 62 runs while also posting the tournament's highest score to date, including an unbroken century stand between Sanoj and Jamil of 105 runs for the first wicket.

Sanoj was in inspired form as he blasted eight sixes and four boundaries while remaining unconquered on 69 runs.

In reply, the Warriors were all out for just 43 runs, handing over the easy win to Global.
