MANILA, July 4 (PNA)--The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) today formally takes over the operation and management of the Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS) facility at the Philippine Veterans Development Industrial Corp. (Phividec) compound in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
The facility, housed at an eight-storey control tower, include three radar data processor, a recording/playback processor, and two JRV 500B VHF transceiver,
