Feb. 22--DEAR DR. BOMBAY: You keep telling us that Microsoft is giving us Internet Explorer free with Windows. So, I suppose there's some "green hole" up there in Redmond where money is spontaneously generated to pay for the development, testing and integration of IE into Windows. Give me a break!
