300 THIRD TOOK ITS PLACE IN a progression of ever-larger, mixed-used condominium developments unveiled in downtown Little Rock by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.
The 17-story project featured the first condo-heavy blend by the partners.
The first four floors are dominated by resident parking, with 7,200 SF on the ground level devoted to commercial use for the Copper Grill restaurant and Joel's salon.
Of the 98 units in the high-rise project, 88 have sold in deals totaling more than $41 million since the first transaction closed in November 2006.
