The 2009-year has already proven to be one of change. With a new presidential administration and the current state of the economy, change is coming and it's coming quickly. Nationally and internationally new consumer trends are emerging and the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) is revamping its convention program to not only reflect the current shift in consumer attitude and retailing, but also to give attendees two different options on how they spend their convention time.
