Hanoi (VNA) An air route from Haikou , in China s Hainan province, to Noi Bai Airport , Hanoi , and waterways from Yangpu to Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City will open soon to foster cooperation between Vietnam and Hainan .
Hainans provincial Governor Luo Baoming affirmed this while being received by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung in Hanoi on July 9.
Vietnam and Hainan s businesses will cooperate in auto and agricultural machinery, starting with the cooperation between Faw Auto Company and the Vietnam Motor Industry Group to build an auto assembly plant in southern Can Tho city, the Governor said.
