The Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railway Co. has completed a $9 million project to replace the Cedar River that was destroyed in the June 2008 Cedar River flood. It s amazing what we ve accomplished in the past 54 weeks, CRANDIC Vice President and General Manager Kevin Burke said. We completed a complicated tear-down and construction project without injury, more or less on schedule.
