Article: Pistachios are good once again.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's current advice about pistachios is essentially to avoid Setton pistachio products packed before June 1.

The FDA now has no caveat about any non-Setton pistachios. It previously had recommended against consuming American pistachios generally.

Meanwhile, the recall of pistachio products appears to be petering out.

As April 28, the FDA had listed 559 pistachio products as being recalled. As of May 5, the list had expanded to 606 entries. It hit 662 on May 28. But only two more recalls were made in the next month through June 23 and none in the past week.
