Shareholders Approve Increasing Authorized Common Shares
NEW YORK, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Gourmet's Choice Coffee Co., Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GMCH) announced today that it has terminated acquisition talks with International Beverage Development Corporation ("IBDC"). On February 9, 1998 the Company had announced plans to acquire IBDC, which owns 100% of AmViet Development Corporation which has a license to bottle and sell beverages of the Monarch Company in Viet Nam.
