MIAMI, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Radio Unica Corp. announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase radio station KIQI-AM 1010 kHz in San Francisco from Oro Spanish Broadcasting, Inc. This purchase brings Radio Unica's owned and operated station total to 5, all of which are in the top 10 U.S. Hispanic markets. The purchase price was not disclosed.
