After a tough year Mark Harris, manager of the New Star Tactical Portfolio, is confident he can turn the fund's performance around by positioning it away from developed western economies.
The New Star Tactical Portfolio suffered a torrid time last year, but Mark Harris, the fund's manager, says he is confident he can turn performance around.
