MAZAR-I-SHARIF (PAN): Fourteen uplift schemed have been executed under the National Solidarity Programme (NSP) of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) in the northern Balkh province, officials said on Tuesday.
NSP communication officer in the northern zone Ahmad Farid Sadaat told Pajhwok Afghan News 3000 families living in 14 villages of Shor Tapa,Kaldar,Zara and Balkh districts would benefit form the projects,costing more than 15 millions afghanis.
The schemes were completed during the last six months.
The projects included the gravelling of an eight kilometres road, construction of 21 small bridges, digging of five wells ...
