Tata Housing Development Company said on Tuesday it has received the first Gold Certification from Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Green Homes rating for its Raisina Residency project in Gurgaon, near Delhi.

With this certification, the Tata firm becomes the first company in India to receive a gold certification in the residential space from IGBC, a press release issued here said.

The evaluation process of the certification was based on parameters such as site selection and planning, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials, internal environment quality and innovation and design process, the release ...
