Falkirk, Jul 16, 2009 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Radical new proposals put forward by the Government today outline plans to charge households that are not "Green" higher rates of council tax.
Ministers are set to consider if financial "punishments" should be rolled out on homeowners who have not installed appropriate insulation or double glazing (http://www.centralscotlandjoinery.co.uk). The idea has been welcomed by Climate Change Secretary Ed Miliband, who will be the first to announce the final plans this autumn.
