The Board of Waltech is pleased to announce that, with effect from 29 June
2009, Mr Roy Phillip Harding has joined the Board as Finance Director.
Mr Harding joined the Waltech Group in February 2008 as General Manager of
Payment Systems Limited. Mr Harding is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with
extensive experience in the manufacturing, services and offshore financial
services industries.
Mr Harding is currently a director of Walpay Limited, Payment Systems Limited,
