Controversial plans to develop a portion of shoreline near the Lynnhaven Inlet are at a standstill.
"They're stalled at this point," said city planning director Jack Whitney of the proposed Indigo Dunes project. "Nothing has been submitted to indicate that it's moving forward at this point."
Added Kal Kassir, a longtime member and former chairman of the Bayfront Advisory Committee, "Basically, right now it's dead without any resolution."
