They say it's wise to pick your battles. Right now a veritable war is being waged between the push for oil and gas development on America's outer continental shelf and the struggle from coastal communities and concerned citizens to ward off further environmental damage and turn the direction of our nation from continued abuse of fossil fuels to renewable energy alternatives.
