NEW YORK and BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 1998--dick clark productions, inc. (Nasdaq:DCPI) and Wind-up Entertainment, Inc. have announced the formation of a joint venture, American Bandstand Music.
The venture was announced today by Francis C. La Maina, President and Chief Operating Officer of dick clark productions, inc., and Wind-up Entertainment, Inc., President Steven Lerner. American Bandstand Music will develop an extensive series of reissue and compilation records encompassing nearly half a century of rock and roll music, the history of which has become both synonymous with and inseparable from Dick Clark & American Bandstand(R).
