PHOENIX, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Managed Care Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCSX), announced today it has received notification from the State of Michigan, Department of Management and Budget, that it can expand its health plan operations to the majority of counties within the State. The plan, Community Choice Michigan, was previously licensed in 12 Michigan counties with enrollment of approximately 22,000 members. This expansion, which is subject to final State approval, is scheduled to occur in the second calendar quarter of 1998.
