LearningExpress, LLC, the leading provider of job and career advancement, test-preparation, and skill-building programs, announced that the North Dakota State Library has entered into a strategic partnership with LearningExpress to implement the LearningExpress Library(TM) online learning platform on a statewide basis. This agreement marks the fourteenth statewide contract awarded to LearningExpress, LLC. As part of the agreement, North Dakota residents will have free, unlimited access to over 800 academic and career-oriented tutorials and practice tests, and over 150 e-books through any of the public, academic and school libraries within the state.
