The Coalition for the Green Bank today applauded the movement of the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (H.R. 2454) from the House Energy & Commerce Committee to the House Rules Committee, signifying a major step towards a vote that will determine the clean and renewable energy future of the US.
Included in the Act submitted to the Rules Committee is the creation of the Clean Energy Deployment Administration (CEDA or Administration). This is the Green Bank the Coalition has sought.
