International Automotive Components Group, Dearborn, has agreed to acquire certain operations of Stankiewicz GmbH and Gimotive GmbH from German administration.
Detroit-based architecture firm SmithGroup Inc. has acquired Dallas-based F&S Partners. The office will carry the name SmithGroup/F&S.
