Sunset Development Company, an investment builder and developer of Bishop Ranch, the premier Northern California Business Community, announced that Bank of the West has signed a lease agreement for 240,000 square feet of office space. This marks one of the largest single office leases in the nation in recent months and the largest new lease on the West coast.
Bank of the West is consolidating its East Bay offices to Bishop Ranch 7, a three-story building on Camino Ramon in San Ramon. The bank has approximately 1,600 employees in seven separate buildings situated in Walnut Creek, Concord and Pacheco. The company's expected occupancy is late 2010.
