Jul 16, 2009 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- The Mount Sinai Medical Center (www.mountsinai.org) in New York has been named one of the very best hospitals in the United States by U.S. News & World Report.
In the 2009-10 America's Best Hospital issue, Mount Sinai ranked 19th nationally. A total of 4,861 hospitals were analyzed for this year's guide, making it the most extensive hospital ranking to-date. Having scored highly in 11 of 16 specialties examined by U.S. News, Mount Sinai is featured on the magazine's elite list of "Honor Roll" hospitals.
