Mar. 17--Susan Zeider and Diane Fanelty have opened a deli called Manhattan South inside Time Out at 131 S. Herlong St. It specializes in deli sandwiches, subs and salads. Manhattan South will celebrate its grand opening this week by giving away T-shirts, hats and free sandwiches. Hours: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, open at noon Saturdays. Phone: 327-3272.
