Lanco Infratech Ltd and the diversified GVK Group have confirmed they will participate in the fresh bidding for the Rs12,132-crore Hyderabad rail project.
The Andhra Pradesh government on Thursday issued a new notification inviting bidders for the project, a week after it scrapped the contract awarded to a Maytas Infra Ltd-led consortium. It proposes to finalize the winning bidder by 15 November.
Hyderabad-based Lanco had not participated in the earlier bid. Lanco is interested in bidding for the project this time and is currently discussing with prospective partners to form a consortium, managing director G. Venkatesh Babu ...
