YELLOW perilists and assorted orientalists can breathe easy. The continent is not about to be consumed by dragon-fire. So I learned at a robustly titled conference in Pretoria this week: "Taming the Dragon? Defining Africa's Interests in the Forum on China-Africa Co-operation".
Delegates were to discover that the only fears that would need taming were those of many Africans in attendance.
