MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Jul 16, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- AntOro Resources Inc. ("AntOro") will amend some financial statements filed on SEDAR in 2008.

Since February 2008, the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec ("AMF"), has been reviewing AntOro's continuous disclosure file on SEDAR. It has asked AntOro to amend its May 31, 2007 Audited Financial Statements, as well as the non-audited quarterly statements for February 28, August 31, and November 30, 2007.

The most important change will be to postpone the Sale Option of certain properties to Big Red Diamond Corporation. This postponment is due to the fact that the transaction had not been ...
