This week traffic gets back to normal - long delays and the maximum number of vehicles back on the road as strikes have been called off and schools re-open.
In Ekurhuleni this week, there will be extensive blasting taking place, resulting in some highways being closed during the day. Traffic on the N12 between the Kraft and Jet Park exits will be disrupted every day between 11am and 11.15am as blasting takes place.
In Alberton, the Reading interchange will be closed between 3pm and 3.15pm at the R59 and the N12 on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Friday for blasting.
