WINNIPEG, MB, Jul 21, 2009 (Resource News International via COMTEX) -- Canadian National Railway (CN) has reported that net income during the second quarter ended June 30 totalled C$387 million or C$0.83 per basic share. This compares with net income of C$459 million or C$0.96 per basic share during the same quarter a year ago.
Net income for the six month period ended June 30 was C$811 million or C$1.73 per basic share. This compares with C$770 million or $1.61 per basic share during the same six month period a year ago.
