Twin Cities Originals (TCO), a group of local, independently owned restaurants, presents its fourth Taste of the TCO food, wine and beer sampling event from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Minneapolis Depot, in conjunction with the Aquatennial. Among the indie platters on tap: sunfish sliders from Lake Elmo Inn, mini salmon burgers from St. Clair Broiler, steak salad and beer from Great Waters Brewing Co., barbecue ribs from Rudolph's and carrot cake from the Eden Avenue Grill.
