Not long ago, it struck the editor of Outdoor Life that unless something is done, the young anglers and hunters who'd volunteered or been drafted would have to kiss their outdoor sports good-bye for a long while.... Chances are most men will be sent to camps outside their own states, perhaps shifted from time to time. And that means, simply, that they won't have money enough to pay for licenses in each state.
The answer? Free licenses for men in camp.
