HAYWARD, Calif. -- Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMNF) today reported record quarterly pre-tax income and record quarterly net income, the highest in the Company's history.
For the three months ended June 30, 2009 Net Sales rose 6% from the $5,016,755 mark reached last year to the $5,314,415 recorded this year. Income from Continuing Operations before Taxes rose to $761,930 from $500,015 a year ago an increase of 52%. Net Income rose to $472,277 from $312,509 for the same quarter a year ago. Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.014 up from $0.009 a year ago.
