CEBU CITY, July 21 (PNA) - The Cebu City Government and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) 7 have entered into a memorandum of agreement for a P250-million assistance to 3,000 urban poor families so they could send their children to school.
The amount will be given within five years, with recipients observing certain conditions to remain in the program.
Under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), beneficiaries will receive P600 each month per household for health and nutrition expenses and P300 a month per child for educational expenses.
