LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC, Jul 23, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) has awarded H+S Aviation of Portsmouth, England, Distributor and Designated Overhaul Facility (DDOF) authorization for the repair and overhaul of the PT6T TwinPac(R) turboshaft engine series, used primarily on Bell and Agusta/Bell 212 and 412 helicopters. H+S Aviation is an affiliate of BBA Aviation plc. P&WC is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.
