23 July 2009 - Dairy cooperative Arla Foods amba may be fined with up to 10% of its annual sales if it is proved guilty of signing illegal deals with a few retailers in Sweden, as suspected by the competition watchdog Konkurrensverket (KKV), Danish media epn.dk reported today.

The fine may thus amount to DKK5bn.
