Susan Tomasky, president-AEP Transmission, American Electric Power Co., Inc. (NYSE: AEP), Columbus, Ohio, was elected a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, effective July 1, 2009.(Photo of Susan Tomasky is available here.)
